THS Happy Ending - Xena Finds a home for the holidays!

So, Xena WAS going to be featured on my 12 Adoptable Pets of the Holiday Season, but she beat me to it! She found a home before I could post about her - congratulations Xena!

I thought I'd include her video and info, so you can see the blog anyway, knowing she's FOUND HER FOREVER HOME...

There's a lot more to his girl than her good looks and chic fashion sense. Xena is a super smart, social girl who also happens to be a all-star athlete. Playful, peppy, smart and affectionate, Xenia is a handful of fun hugs and exciting games!

Xena is a loyal and loving girl who would be the perfect jogging partner and outdoor adventure companion. She's smart, athletic, and incredibly loyal to the people she has come to know. She loves her people, and is so eager to be a part of a team.

When you're on her team, she will want to show you how much you mean to her. But with such loyalty comes a clear distinction between who's on her team and who isn't. Trust is a big one for Xena. She can be territorial around strangers and overprotective of her people. Strangers in the home, out on walks, wherever it happens to be, Xena can react to people and other dogs in not the best way.

Xena should go to a very experienced handler who is familiar with "working dogs" and has knowledge of her breed traits. An adult-only home with people who lead an active lifestyle would be ideal. She should also, at least for now, be the only pet in the home.

Xena is really an amazing girl. She adores her people, and is so affectionate with those she trusts. She is a team player. Once you're on her team, you're on it for life. There's no limit to this girl's loyalty. She is the epitome of best friend. She just needs a confident, active owner to help guide her with solid routine and structure.
