 Today, I wanted to take a moment to talk to you about the lead character of the book — these were my own kitties, FRODO AND SOOKIE! They are those two Siamese cats at the end of the book (you’ll see!), and they are based on my own beloved kitties (whom I’m sure you’ve seen photos of on this very feed many times): Frodo and Sookie.  Ollie, percussionist extraordinaire, was a Coton de Tulear (yes, I know he looks like a Shih Tzu, but hey) I walked (sometimes with Raxl, sometimes not) and was a Canine Massage Therapy client (as were Alfie and Tubby) for many, many years. He lived in the same building and was one of the most chill dogs I’ve ever met. He was also a model for Kuri K9 Massage sometimes, and he and Raxl helped me through my All Fit Dog e-course a few years back.  Tubby, Dog Band's bass guitar player and sometimes singer was the sweetest little Morkie (Yorkie Maltese cross) I would often dog sit. He and Alfie and Raxl, in various combinations, would hang out at Kev’s and my place making mischief and spreading the cuteness. Liz, a Red-eared Slider turtle from the Toronto Humane Society featured in my 12 Adoptable Pets of the Holiday Season is still waiting to be adopted * Let’s find this lovely lady her forever home!
