With 15 years experience teaching yoga and meditation, Julie Brar has a keen interest in the mind/body connection for optimal health. She has four certifications as a yoga teacher including: Modo Yoga, Baptiste Power Yoga and Akhanda Yoga. Julie is also certified as a Health and Life Coach. Julie holds a certification in Plant Based Nutrition from Cornell. She’s currently completing her Holistic Nutrition Certification from Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. When working with clients Julie uses a holistic approach that incorporates mind, body and spirit.
Julie co-hosts a podcast with Kaz Merfield of Ki Health and Wellness that covers various topics on health and wellness. She’s also a published author in a collaborative book project, The Courage to Change, which hit bestseller on the Amazon bestseller list under motivation in fall of 2019.
