Remember when I went live a few weeks back and talked about pets with anxiety, or pets that you may have adopted during one of the lockdowns? How they may be experiencing anxiety—especially separation anxiety—now that restrictions have been lifted and they may be seeing less of you? Or this may not have happened yet, but you anticipate that it may. Well, what are a couple of great ways to help support your pets and help them improve and overcome their anxiety? Reiki—especially distance Reiki, and massage therapy. Ding, ding, ding! Then I went live again to chat about the physical side—the aging kitty with arthritis in her hips, the dog with vertebral disc degeneration, or any pet compensating for an injury in any one of their limbs. Again…what could possibly help these kinds of ailments? You’ve got it—massage therapy (with your veterinarian informed and on board), and Reiki! Some of you and your lovely fur babies may have been massage therapy clients before the pandemic, with your babies seeing me for anxiety issues or physical issues. Some of you may have been considering massage therapy for your pets individual ailments…then suddenly the pandemic hits. There’s a lockdown (or two, or three), and you and your pets are suddenly stuck inside. Mobile massage is not an option. Well, the good news is I am now available again and able to schedule appointments to see your pets! And boy, do they ever need it…they’ve been waiting for so long to get treatment for their joint issues, or muscle tension, stiffness due to lack of circulation, separation anxiety—what have you. Let’s get these guys on track (or back on track) to better health and wellness! Honestly, they’re probably not totally okay right now, so don’t hesitate to get them the help they likely need! So, if you’re in the Toronto area and you're thinking massage could help your fur baby, you’re probably right, so get in touch! And if you live anywhere on this planet and you’re thinking Reiki is the way to go, I’m here for you, too. Distance Reiki has got to be one of the least invasive yet effective holistic therapies around. Keep in mind that discounted massage therapy packages are available for new clients, as well as current clients. New client packages typically include an initial consultation and first massage, followed by three more massage appointments. Current clients can arrange packages of three or more sessions at a time.
For Distance Reiki, I’m available to jump on a Zoom call with you, so you get an introduction to me and go over the procedure (prior to booking your pet’s session) You can email me through my contact form—my phone number is there, too, if you prefer. Or you can email me right now at [email protected].
